On the street

Mini tornado on the way home , hail the size of dice.
Ribbons tied to the fence of the Marble Collegiate Church Manhattan.
A yellow ribbon for each US soldier killed in the Iraq Afghanistan war each ribbon has a soldiers name attached, a blue ribbon for the thousands of  Iraqi and Afghans killed in the war, green ribbon for the thousands of prayers for peace .  The fence stretched 2 corners of the block.
Beers and a burger with Kirsty's friend Leon at McSorley's Old Ale House, New York's oldest saloon , even Abe Lincoln had a beer and a burger here.Stunning interior, you just soak up the history with a dam fine ale or 2.
